We ordered beef patties from the butcher and have ended up with patties that have merged together to make one solid pack of mince. Only thing is that they have salt and pepper added to them and have been a little more emulsified so can't be sold as straight beef mince although they can still be used that way. Each pack is approximately 500g and will make 4 patties.
