Perfect to render down to make tallow then use for cooking. Remember how good Macca's fries tasted when you were a kid? That's because they were cooked in tallow!

Please note this is not suet (fat from around the internal organs) but rather fat trimmings from all over. Some trimming may be required. Each bag approx 1Kg.
